  • 45 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 85 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions:

Preparation:

  • Peel avocados, pit and chop into cubes.

Store it:

  • Place serving bowls in the fridge for about 45 min or until pudding is cool.

Tailor it:

  • Garnish your pudding with a chopped almond or whatever your heart desires – I use orange slices and hazelnut crunch.
