step by step instructions of flaxseed sesame powder recipe:
- Flaxseed (Avise ginjalu)- 1 cup
- Sesame seeds (Til / Nuvvulu Seeds) – 1 cup
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Garlic – 3 pods
- Salt as required
- Red chillies – 15
- Take a frying pan.
- Dry roast the sesame seeds and flax seeds separately until aromatic.
- Let them cool.
- Fry the red chillies in a little oil and cool.
- Put all these ingredients in a mixer jar except garlic.
- Grind to a coarse powder.
- Now add garlic, and grind for few seconds.
- Transfer the contents to a fresh airtight container.
- Store in cool dry place.
** While grinding, do not do it continuously at a stretch. Grind for a few seconds and stop and again repeat the same. When you grind any nuts or seeds that release oil, intermittent grinding is the best thing to follow.
