  • 2 avocados ripe and large-sized

  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 85 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon ground



  • Peel avocados, pit and chop into cubes.


  • Place serving bowls in the fridge for about 45 min or until pudding is cool. The longer it stays in the refrigerator, the creamier it will be.


  • Garnish your chocolate pudding with chopped almond or whatever your heart desires – I use orange slices and hazelnut crunch.
