Dry roast the sesame seeds and flax seeds separately until aromatic.
Let them cool.
Fry the red chillies in a little oil and cool.
Put all these ingredients in a mixer jar except garlic.
Grind to a coarse powder.
Now add garlic, and grind for few seconds.
Transfer the contents to a fresh airtight container.
Store in cool dry place.
* Make sure all the ingredients are cooled before grinding otherwise a lot of oil is released in the grinding. Remember, the powder that you make should be free-flowing and not sticky or lumpy.** While grinding, do not do it continuously at a stretch. Grind for a few seconds and stop and again repeat the same. When you grind any nuts or seeds that release the oil, intermittent grinding is the best thing to follow.*** The number of red chillies can be reduced or increased according to your taste.
